BESThq Room Use and Deposit Policy:
Damage Deposit fee of $100 for Non-Members - guests of BESThq community. Guests shall present a $100 fully refundable check to BESThq at least 24 hours prior to facility use. Check shall be returned after facility use or may be kept on-file for future use.
BESThq members will not be required to place a damage deposit, yet agree to reimburse BESThq for any and all damages per membership agreement. By completing this booking transaction, all users agree to be fully responsible for any and all costs for damage or impact due to room use and agree to waive any and all claims from use. BESThq, its owners and members, shall not be held liable for any and all actions associated with use.
